Throughout the fourth quarter of 2021, the top five dining and restaurant apps on iOS in the Czech Republic displayed interesting trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance:

McDonald’s - Non-US had a consistent presence in the market, with weekly downloads ranging from around 2.2K to 2.9K. The app saw a peak in the final week of December with approximately 2.9K downloads. Weekly active users for the app started at 36.7K and experienced a significant rise, peaking at 61.4K in the week of December 6 before ending the quarter at 45.9K.

KFC CZ also maintained steady download numbers, fluctuating between 1.6K and 2.1K downloads per week. The highest download count occurred in the week of November 29 with about 2.1K downloads. Active users for KFC CZ remained relatively stable, starting at 15.8K and reaching a high of 16.2K in the week of October 25, before closing the quarter at 15.5K.

Starbucks CEE showed a more varied download pattern, with numbers ranging from 174 to 440 downloads per week. The app saw its peak in the week of December 20 with 426 downloads.

Gastromapa Lukáše Hejlíka experienced a gradual decline in weekly revenue, starting at $67 and dropping to $25 by early December. However, there was a slight rebound towards the end of the quarter, peaking again at $75 in the final week of December. Downloads for the app ranged from 159 to 473 per week, with the highest number of downloads occurring in the last week of September.

For Burger King Czech Republic, weekly downloads showed a downward trend from 992 in late September to 605 by the end of December.
